From the age of 13, Andrea Nicholson’s world has revolved around the transformative power of food. A visionary in the culinary arts, she is a creator, educator, and entrepreneur whose ingenuity is as unlimited as her talent.
Andrea is a Red Seal-certified chef whose culinary journey began at George Brown College in Toronto, where she honed her skills and further developed her culinary philosophy. Drawing deep inspiration from the life and culinary lessons learned at the hem of her grandmother’s apron, Andrea is passionate about celebrating the sustainability and integrity of seasonally local ingredients from land and ocean, infusing every dish she creates with heart and intention. This ethos gave rise to Killer Condiments, Andrea’s artisan line of small-batch sauces, which has found its way into kitchens across Canada.
