Liam is a dynamic and multi-talented culinary force based in Montreal, whose passion for food and storytelling began at an early age. Fully bilingual and brimming with charisma, Liam started his journey at just 10 years old with a food blog that brought him face-to-face with chefs, bakers, and farmers, igniting a lifelong love of cooking. These formative experiences laid the foundation for his mission: to inspire his generation and families to step into the kitchen with confidence, cultivating fearless cooking skills that foster connection and creativity.
Over the years, Liam has sharpened his craft alongside some of Canada’s culinary giants, including Vikram Vij, Ned Bell, Nicole Gomes, Mark Singson and Bob Blumer. His training spans prestigious institutions like the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, UBC, and The Dirty Apron, complemented by hands-on experience as Garde Manger at the renowned Joe Beef group's McKiernan and now as Sous Chef at Entre Deux in Montreal.
Liam’s vibrant personality has made him a familiar face on Canadian daytime television, and is set to co-host Gusto TV’s Generation Cooks, premiering December 2024. The show promises to make cooking approachable and exciting for all ages, showcasing Liam’s knack for demystifying culinary techniques while sharing fun, flavourful recipes.
